About the Integrity Academy

The Integrity Academy is a place for exchange of best anti-corruption practices, where top-experts in integrity standards will share their experiences and advice on how to create anti-corruption environment.

The idea of the Integrity Academy is to bring together highly experienced and competent experts, who would share their experience and practice with participants of the Integrity Academy – public sector organizations that voluntarily join the project and are willing to accept advice, experience, as well as to be committed to actively create anticorruption environment.

The Integrity Academy is a long-term project, which will start off by assessing the needs and corruption risks of the participants. According to this assessment, the most appropriate experts and activities will be proposed to assist improving integrity and anti-corruption framework of participating institutions. An action plan prepared by the experts will allow achieving the set goals by the most effective means. During the implementation of the action plan, experts will provide consultations and advice to the participants of the Academy. This will ensure the dissemination of best practices. Finally, the progress and achievements will be measured accordingly. 

Participants

Integrity academy participants – ministries, municipalities, state and municipal institutions and SOEs, as well as other public sector entities that engages in the project voluntarily.

Participants are the main beneficiaries of the project, who will receive methodological assistance and exchange their good practice with each other in creating an anti-corruption environment.

Organizations of the public sector that are eager to create a transparent environment and would like to become a participant of the Integrity academy are invited to fill in the form.

Experts

Integrity academy experts – qualified professionals, who will help to measure the need of participants, advice on the selection of activities and measures for improving the anti-corruptions situation, provide consultations and methodological assistance, share their good practice.

Stages of the project

Primarily, the need of participants and potential risks will be measured. According to this, activities and experts that will help to improve the anti-corruption environment will be selected for the participants.

An action plan prepared with the help of experts will allow participants to achieve their objectives by the most effective means. During the implementation of this plan, experts will provide consultations and advices for the participants of the Academy. In that way, the dissemination of good practice will be ensured.

Finally, the change achieved and the progress made will be measured.
